20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.
I am taking part in the 20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health in tribute to myself, as a survivor of mental health. I am currently 1000+ days free of suicide attempts, as well as self harm.I also am doing this for my uncle, whom was my best friend; He unfortunately committed suicide in 2020, and I find ways to talk and pay tribute to him everywhere.
Fundraisers and events like this is the next step to gaining more funding, more awareness and more support around youth mental health.
You think it’s talked about a lot because it trends in media, but it is not nearly talked about enough.
