20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.

It’s hard for me to write this without sounding like a victim or that I’m hard done by but the past few years I was forced to spend some time alone but it was the best thing for me because it was where I was able to reflect and learn lessons of the pain or struggle I was going through and got me to where I am today. Which is still alive! So I would love to give back in someway and raise money for this cause that’s so many of us most likely deal with but just don’t speak up about.
