I’m taking part in the 20 Hours of Silence to help raise awareness and vital funds for youth mental health.
For 20 hours, I’ll be giving up my voice as a way of standing in solidarity with the many young people who struggle in silence every day.
My goal is to raise at least $1,000, and I’d be so grateful for your support.
Mental health has touched all of our lives in one way or another—whether through our own experiences or through someone we love. No family, friendship group, or community is untouched by its impact. That’s why this cause means so much to me.
