Hi all,I have been accepted to participate in the 20talk challenge and for anyone who knows me, will understand juat how challenging this will be for me.
20 hours , in a 2mt x 2mt square, with only a blow up mattress, camp chair , journal and pen and my water bottle.

NO ENTERTAINMENT, BOOK , ANYTHING - JUST A PEN A JOURNAL.
For a cause that i am very passionate about and have unfortunately been too close too. Mental Heath and the support and resources that are so desperately needed for our young people.
$50 - reaches 5000 people with online mental health resources.
$120 - purchases a physical 20talk banner that has a positive reflection on it. That is places high in a high traffic area.
$200 - trains one young adult in Mental Health First Aid to help their peers.
$500 provides a Mental health sessions for 100 high school students.
The more money raised, the more help that can be provided..
