20 Talk Challenge
I’m Mason Zuin, and I’m stepping into another challenge and possibly the hardest I’ve faced yet. 20 hours confined to a 2-square-meter space with nothing but water a journal and my thoughts. This challenge is more than a test of endurance. It’s a way to shed light on the importance of mental health, resilience, and finding strength within ourselves.
Why am I doing this?
We have all been impacted by this one way or another. Whether it be yourself, loved one or friend. Opening up about feeling weak and vulnerable takes strength and courage. By sharing this, I want to spread awareness that it's okay to talk and my inbox is always open if you ever need support.
