Hello fellow humans…..My name is Millie and I am fundraising for youth mental health awareness by committing to the 20Talk challenge.
Those who know me understand that mental health is a topic extremely close to my heart. Let us work together to help disintegrate the grief ghosting, and encourage people to openly and honestly discuss those dark places of which we all find ourselves falling into…either on occasion or for those who know the ongoing shadow that doesn’t leave us alone. Kindness, love and community ♥️
We all deserve safe spaces in which we can be vulnerable, emotionally expressive and accepted for all the colourful pieces of our personalities.
