Poppy is taking on the 20-hour challenge to support youth mental health and raise awareness about the importance of prevention.

We’ve all been affected by mental health issues in some way or another, whether through watching a loved one suffer or suffering ourselves.

Suicide remains the leading cause of death for young people aged 15-44. Combating this issue starts with accessible resources and information for young people. By supporting 20talks mission I hope to play a small part in that.

Access to mental health resources not only saved my life but gave me the quality of life that previously had felt so far out of reach.
