20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.
Mental health has been a part of my story for as long as I can remember. I've struggled from a young age, and while some days are easier than others, it's still something I face today.There have been times where I've felt lost, overwhelmed, and like I was carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. But through it all, I've learnt that speaking up, reaching out, and being honest about how I'm feeling is important.
I'm not sharing this for sympathy. I'm sharing it because I know I'm not alone, and neither are you. Mental health struggles can affect anyone, no matter who they are or what their life looks like on the outside.
Every day isn't perfect, but I'm still here, still fighting, and still doing my best. If you're struggling too, please know that you don't have to go through it alone.
