Whilst I’m feeling super tired from a lack of sleep - I’m so grateful to have had joined this challenge.What an experience wrapped in curiosity, emotion, reflection & gratitude…. Incredible!

Time is flying by and it’s now only two weeks till I get up at 2am to head over to Claremont and join everyone at the warehouse.The Kick Off!!

The 20 Hours for 20Talk challenge is a major youth mental health fundraiser where I will spend 20 hours sitting in silence inside a 2-meter by 2-meter square without my phone, any technology, or talking on Sept 5th.
- Why? -
because mental health support for young adults is on the rise, clearly seen in statistics like *young people in 2023 aged 15–19 rated their happiness at just 6.2 out of 10, the lowest score in a decade - and - *298 Australians aged between 18 and 24 years died by suicide in 2023.
These statistics break my heart, so I'm willing to get uncomfortable to raise vital funds for resources that directly assist people with their mental heath....
