My why

Thank you my people all you encouraging words mean so much to me. If you know me i cant sit in one place or be quiet for more than a couple of hours at a time(unless im asleep) Some people would pay to see that, and now you can🫶🏽!! Donations can be made direct to 20talk i prefer not to handle any$$   

I'm completing the 20 Hours challenge to not only help the next generation but for myself, in the past year alone i have had close family and friends face some very dark tumultuous times. 

Trying to listen and understand can be difficult when you are facing your own demons.

By improving mental health literacy, removing harmful stigma, and encouraging professional help-seeking we are preventing people from getting people into crisis in the first place.
