20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.

I’m taking part in a challenge to help raise funds  for mental health. I’ll be sitting in silence for 20 hours in a 2 metre square with nothing but my thoughts, a water bottle, chair, journal and swag to raise awareness and funds for this incredible opportunity to help support future youth in accessing the right services and resources to reduce the rates of suicide and have a community of people they feel safe to speak too when in a dark place. In today’s society mental health has become increasingly common and it’s sad to see. If you can donate anything at all for this cause to help just one person access support services or be educated on how to manage their thoughts and feelings going forward it would be much appreciated - thank you!
