20 Hours of Silence for Youth Mental Health.

As someone who has been battling depression and anxiety I’m well aware how things can be different when you get the help you need. Mental health struggles can be daunting and challenging and are still taboo and neglected in many aspects of our lives. We need to talk and do more and I'm hoping this will raise an awareness about youth mental health
