On Saturday the 6th of December I will be taking part in 20 Hours for 20 Talk. Where I will be sitting in a 2m x 2m taped off space with no technology, no books and NO TALKING for 20 hours (yikes!) to help raise awareness and raise money for youth mental health. 20Talk’s mission is to empower young adults aged 18-30 by integrating essential mental health tools

and skills into their lives. Having lived experience makes me even more passionate about doing this to spread the word and create awareness around young adults mental health struggles and connecting them to critical supports. It would be wonderful if you could help me achieve (or over achieve!) my goal of raising $2500.00 for this cause.
