Zoe’s 20 Talk 20 Hour Challenge
Hey guys my name is Zoe! As one of my many goals I want to achieve this year, I will be participating in the 20 Talk 20 hour Challenge. For 20 hours, it's just myself, a 2-metre square, No talking and No technology. Having a real glimpse of isolation that lany people experience with mental health.
Mental health to me is something I have gone through my whole life, being in and out of hospitals especially during my teenage years and going psychologists for 11+ years. This includes also so many friends and family who suffer with mental illness and some people in my life who have sadly lost their live due to suicide which is the leading cause of death in people between 15-44.
This organisation is an educational platform which can be assessable for all people. Since I am doing this challenge I would love people (if you are able) to donate before I take on this challenge which is happening on the 28th March!!! This will help raise funds for mental health intervention❤️
